Flyover Festival is ICology's gathering for internal communications professionals, founded by Chuck Gose. Its fourth edition sold out and drew attendees from across the country and abroad to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on August 27, 2026.
Pinaki Kathiari and Amanda Todd, Sr. Director of Strategic Communications at Temporal Technologies, led a 45-minute workshop built on the Local Wisdom IC Team Maturity Model. Attendees took the maturity assessment on their phones, then left with a one-page pitch template for making the case to their leaders.
