ALI's 12th Annual Strategic Internal Communications Conference – East brought internal communications leaders to The Colonnade in Boston for three days of sessions, workshops and panels.
Local Wisdom was on the agenda twice. Pinaki Kathiari and Teresa Palase, Director of Communications at Pharmavite, presented Making Your Intranet Impossible to Fail, the story of how a people-first culture made Vitality Hub a success. Kelsey Buckholtz led Burnout to Balance, a 75-minute workshop on boundaries and self-care.
